Proxies allow one to access sites that are blocked by pesky filters. They “get” the webpage and display it for one to see. Free web proxies are everywhere. Why? Because internet censorship is skyrocketing. Websense is one of the biggest filter culprits, censoring even harmless sites. Internet users need to use proxies to wage war with the filters. They need to be proactive and unblock sites instead of letting the filters win.
